Ceiling spotlights flash out of the blackness that seems to swallow everything up, instruments and musicians are turned into silhouettes by faint light from nowhere and the French singer and actress Jeanne Balibar emerges as if stepping out of the shadows with a correspondingly abstract appearance. NE CHANGE RIEN is the portrait of an artist as well as the document of a collaborative process with the musicians in her band. Costa shows music in the making as a singular visual and auditory event.
